Our rates at Casa Frania are for exclusive use of the entire villa, pool, and all amenities. We do not offer per-room accommodations, only full villa rentals. If you’re looking to book individual rooms, you may check out Frania Boutique Hotel. Our villa has three bedrooms:

- ₱14,400 – for up to 10 guests, includes access to two bedrooms with a total of five double beds.

- ₱19,200 – for 12 to 16 guests, includes access to the third bedroom, which has two double beds and two single beds, good for up to 6 guests.

Casa Frania features a private swimming pool, air-conditioned bedrooms, and indoor living spaces with A/C to keep your group cool and comfortable.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy a KTV (karaoke) system, perfect for late-night singalongs. We also have a BBQ grill for poolside cookouts and shared meals.

Our kitchen includes a rice cooker, induction stove, kettle, water dispenser, refrigerator, and complete cooking and dining utensils.

There’s ample parking for multiple vehicles, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

We’re located in Langcuas, San Fernando, La Union — just 10–15 minutes from San Juan Surf Town via the San Juan Bypass Road.

Yes, we welcome pets! Up to two pets may stay at no additional charge.

For any extra pets, a ₱500 per pet per night fee applies.

Yes! Our property can host up to 40 guests for events.

We offer both 10-hour day rentals and overnight event packages.

Rates available upon request.

At the moment, our overnight capacity is limited to 20 guests.

Just head over to our Reservations tab and select your preferred dates. Choose a room configuration based on your group size.

We offer two villa configurations:

- Two-Bedroom Villa – for up to 10 guests, with an option to add 2 more for an additional fee.

- Three-Bedroom Villa – for 12 to 16 guests, with room to add up to 4 more guests for an added rate.

Whether it’s an intimate escape or a group celebration, we’re ready to host you.

Our pool has two levels:

- Upper pool with jacuzzi – 3 feet deep

- Lower pool – 4.5 feet deep

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days or more before check-in.

For cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in, a partial refund will apply.

We’re not beachfront but we’re just a 10–15 minute drive from San Juan’s popular beaches.
